Order Processing


All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


During high-volume periods (product drops, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Domestic Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States.


Orders are shipped via standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

 


 

International Shipping

 

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. If available, international shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.


Heated Brands is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

 


 

Delays & Carrier Issues

 

Heated Brands is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

 

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly for resolution.

 


 

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Heated Brands is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.


For lost shipments, sufficient time must be allowed for the carrier’s investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.
